What This Page Is

To provide our services (Dealer Checkout and ListingShield), we use carefully selected service providers that process personal data on our behalf (subprocessors within the meaning of Art. 28(4) GDPR).

This page shows the current list of these subprocessors. It is part of our data processing agreement (DPA, Annex B). The contractual data protection obligations required under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with every subprocessor. For processing outside the EU or the EEA, an adequate level of data protection is ensured, in particular by an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR).

Changes and Right to Object

We inform our customers in text form, with at least 14 days' notice, of intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of subprocessors. Customers may object to a change within this period for an important reason under data protection law. The details are governed by § 5 of the data processing agreement (DPA).
