Why we exist

Brand manufacturers with dealer networks have always faced the same structural dilemma: they want the benefits of direct sales — customer data, attribution, brand control — but can't pursue them without damaging the dealer relationships their revenue depends on.

The Direct-to-Dealer model solves this structurally. Not as a compromise, but as an architecture where both sides win: the manufacturer gets the transaction on their domain and the data it generates. The dealer gets a pre-paid order they didn't have to acquire.

We built the Dealer Checkout to make this model accessible as a one-line integration — not a 12-month IT project.
